HUB67 | Ukrainian Technology Partners

Secure your future

From Ukrainian technology to international project structures

SevenSisters Military Goods Inc. is connected with HUB67 as part of a broader international project and cooperation environment. While SevenSisters is active in defence-related, drone, AI, mining and investment-driven sectors, HUB67 provides the broader platform for structuring technology partnerships, capital access, production models and international market development.

For Ukrainian founders, startups, defence-tech companies and dual-use technology partners, HUB67 offers a structured path from first contact to a possible international cooperation model.

What HUB67 offers to Ukrainian technology partners

HUB67 supports Ukrainian partners in transforming existing products, prototypes, operational experience and technical know-how into structured international projects.

This may include:

  • International project structuring
  • NDA-based confidential discussions
  • Assessment of products, rights and production capabilities
  • Joint-venture or licensing structures
  • Possible production, assembly or integration models in Europe, the United Kingdom, Canada or other suitable partner jurisdictions
  • Private and institutional financing
  • Access to co-investors and strategic partners
  • Preparation of market entry
  • Institutional and regulatory orientation
  • Support in preparing discussions with authorities, industry partners and investors

A structured cooperation process

HUB67 does not treat Ukrainian partners as short-term trading opportunities. The objective is to build long-term, legally sound and commercially viable structures.

The typical process begins with an initial discussion and, where appropriate, an NDA. After that, HUB67 and the Ukrainian partner can review the product portfolio, technical documentation, rights and IP, production possibilities, regulatory requirements, possible target markets, financing logic and suitable cooperation models.

Depending on the result, the next step may be a Letter of Intent, a project profile, a joint-venture model, a licensing structure, a production model or a broader international market-access project.

„Build with Ukraine“ and beyond

HUB67 may also review whether a project has relevance in the context of Build with Ukraine or other Ukrainian, European or international cooperation channels.

However, HUB67 does not understand Build with Ukraine as an automatic funding mechanism or conventional grant programme. Projects should be structured in a way that makes them understandable, reviewable and potentially investable for private, institutional and strategic partners.

Public or institutional programmes may support or accelerate such projects, but they do not replace a professional project structure.

Who should contact HUB67?

HUB67 is particularly interested in speaking with Ukrainian founders, startups and technology companies active in areas such as:
  • Drones and unmanned systems
  • Electronic warfare and signal detection
  • Counter-drone and air-defence-related technologie
  • Critical-infrastructure protection
  • Defence-tech and dual-use technologies
  • Robotics and unmanned ground systems
  • Sensorics and surveillance
  • Industrial technologies with security relevance
  • Secure communication
