The company was founded by two German-based corporations. The majority shareholder is part of a European group specializing in corporate acquisitions and itself is engaged in mining, research and development, as well as various joint ventures in the UK with activities in Ukraine, Scandinavia, and Africa.

The minority shareholder is a company specializing in hydraulic works that has been serving the Australian and German navies for years.
The company is divided into several Strategic Business Units (SBUs), each covering distinct business areas.

Mining Industry

SevenSisters Military Goods Inc. is engaged in mining activities to extract rare earth elements such as beryllium, cerium, and tantalum in Ukraine, Canada, and several West and East African countries. These rare earths are critical for the production of high-tech products.

For example, beryllium is used in the aerospace and telecommunications industries, cerium is utilized in the automotive industry for catalytic converters and abrasives, and tantalum is essential in the electronics industry for manufacturing capacitors and high-end circuits.

Investments


This business unit involves investing in and financing projects and companies in sectors such as mining, artificial intelligence, drones, military industry, hydrogen production, agriculture, and robotics. SevenSisters employs SPACs to finance and capitalize large projects as an alternative to traditional initial public offerings (IPOs). SPACs are companies created to raise capital through an IPO and then acquire an existing business. Drones & AI

SevenSisters develops and produces drones designed for both agricultural and military applications. These small drones have a range of 5 to 20 km, low payload capacity, and are extremely quiet. They feature AI-based facial recognition and are shielded against electromagnetic interference (EMS effects), making them particularly reliable and versatile.

Hydrogen

Research and Development of Combined Devices: In the area of crisis and disaster scenarios, SevenSisters conducts research and development on multifunctional devices that ensure autonomous and decentralized supply of water, electricity, and hydrogen.
